wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Cook Pasta<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-252-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Fill a large pot with water and lightly salt (optional). Cook on medium high until boiling. Add pasta and cook for about 12 minutes. Drain and rinse and leave in cold water until needed.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Prepare Filling<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-252-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Brown ground beef, veal and chicken until thoroughly done and let cool slightly. Put in blender or food processor until finely ground. Saut\u00e9 onions on medium low heat in about 2 tbs of olive oil until tender, approx. 8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for additional 2-3 minutes. Add frozen spinach, oregano, basil. Salt to taste. Simmer until spinach is just heated through.
